I did not come to this work through the spiritual door. I came through the practical one — NLP, subconscious reprogramming, and years of watching brilliant women understand exactly what was holding them back and still not move.

That gap is what led me here. Insight is not transformation. So I built a methodology that works with the body as well as the mind: frequency imprinting, quantum shift work, sound and breath used deliberately to change the state a person is operating from — not just the story they tell about it.

Over 500 coaches and online entrepreneurs later, The Alchemy Method is the training arm of that work. It is warm, it is direct, and it asks something of you. Before You Apply.

Level One builds your foundation: how frequency actually works, how to work with the instruments, and how to hold a safe, effective one-to-one session from start to finish. Level Two is where you become an author rather than a facilitator — advanced sequencing, group and event work, holding deeper emotional release, and shaping the method into something you can teach in your own voice. Level One is about competence. Level Two is about authority.
For Level One, no. You need willingness and a genuine intention to practise — everything technical is taught from the ground up, and complete beginners sit comfortably alongside experienced coaches. Level Two assumes you have completed Level One or hold equivalent training and are already working with people. If you are unsure where you sit, book a call and we will place you honestly rather than upsell you.
These are certifications only. The Alchemy Method issues certifications — never diplomas — and we are deliberate about that language because it matters. A certification confirms you have been trained and assessed in this specific methodology to the standard required to practise and to teach it. Any programme claiming more than that is overstating what it can give you.
The certifications are delivered through structured training modules you work through at your own pace, combined with live practical facilitation and direct feedback from Sasha. You are not left alone with a video library — you practise, you are watched, and you are corrected. The Redefining You event is separate and held live and in person over three days.
Practise professionally, and teach. You can run one-to-one sessions, facilitate group and corporate offerings, build sound and breath into an existing coaching or therapy practice, hold retreats and events, and teach the methodology you have been certified in. Practitioners most often use it to add a premium, genuinely differentiated offering to work they are already doing — and to stop competing on talk alone.
